Terms & Conditions:
• Booking and Payment:
• All bookings must be paid in advance to secure the desired time slot and facility.
• Payments can be made through our designated payment methods.
• Non-Refundable Payments:
• Payments made for bookings are non-refundable.
• In the event of cancellation, the paid amount will not be refunded.

Credit for Future Bookings:
• In case of cancellation, a credit will be assigned to the customer's account for future
bookings.
• The credit can be used towards any future bookings within a specified period.

Cancellation Policy:
• To receive credit for a cancelled booking, the cancellation must be advised at least 24
hours in advance of the scheduled booking time.
• Cancellations made within the 24-hour window will not be eligible for credit.

Credit Redemption:
• The assigned credit can be used for any future bookings of the same facility or any other facilities offered under our Fitness Real Estate model.
• The credit cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred to another individual.

Booking Modifications:
• Any modifications or changes to a confirmed booking must be communicated to us in
advance, subject to availability.
• Modifications requested within the 24-hour cancellation window may not be
accommodated.
